Delete in the app
Sign in, open Account, choose Delete account, and confirm with your current password. The app signs you out when deletion is complete.

Delete your PrintingNest Studio app account
You can permanently delete your customer account in the mobile app, or request deletion by email if you no longer have access to the app.
How to request deletion
Choose either route below. You do not need to reinstall the app.
Request deletion without the app
Email sales@printingneststudio.com from the address registered to your account, with the subject "PrintingNest Studio account deletion request". We may ask you to verify your identity before deletion.
What happens to your data
Account data removed
We remove the customer sign-in, editable profile, active sessions, push-notification registrations and preferences, saved quotation-list data, and account-linked uploads that are no longer required.
Records that must be retained
Quotes, orders, invoices, payments, refunds and store-credit ledger entries may be retained where required for contracts, fraud prevention, legal claims, or Dutch tax and accounting law. Retained records are restricted and are not restored if the same email registers again.
