Printing on a customer-supplied T-shirt
How printing your own T-shirt works
A controlled process protects your garment and keeps every production detail attached to your order.
Photograph the clean garment, upload artwork and set each print position independently.
Use your packing reference when shipping, or arrange a free drop-off in Ridderkerk.
We approve the garment, produce the print and return it using your chosen method.
Customer-supplied garment conditions
Important conditions for customer-supplied garments
We take care, but a supplied garment can never be treated like replaceable studio stock.
Questions & answers
Frequently asked questions
Everything to know before sending your own T-shirt.
Can you print any T-shirt?
No. The garment must be clean, dry, undamaged and compatible with DTF printing. We inspect it before production.
When does the production time start?
After we receive and accept the garment, payment is cleared and the artwork is approved.
Can I use different artwork on the front and back?
Yes. Every print position keeps its own artwork, size and placement.
What happens if my T-shirt is unsuitable?
We stop before printing, contact you and apply the disclosed inspection, return and refund conditions.
Who pays to send the T-shirt to you?
You arrange and pay for inbound shipping. Tracked delivery and the packing reference are strongly recommended.
