What information should I include in my quote request?
Please include product type, quantity, print or embroidery method, print positions, garment colour, sizes if known, deadline and artwork if available. The more complete your request is, the faster and more accurately we can prepare your quote.
Can I request a quote even if I do not know all details yet?
Yes. Send what you know and we can help choose the right garment, printing method, placement and quantity setup.
Which products can I request a quote for?
T-shirts, polos, hoodies, sweaters, jackets, workwear, tote bags, caps and other printable garments or branded merchandise.
Which printing methods do you offer?
We offer DTF printing, DTG printing and embroidery. The right method depends on garment, artwork style, quantity and final look.
How do I know whether I need DTF, DTG or embroidery?
DTF is flexible for many fabrics and full-colour designs, DTG is good for soft prints on cotton garments, and embroidery is best for premium logo finishes.
Can I upload my logo or design when requesting a quote?
Yes. Uploading artwork helps us check the print method, placement and file quality before quoting.
What file types are best for artwork?
Vector files such as AI, EPS or PDF are best for logos. High-resolution PNG files can also work for many jobs.
Do I need to know the exact print size and position?
No. Approximate placement is enough to start. We can advise the best size and position based on the garment and design.
Can I request multiple print positions in one quote?
Yes. You can request front, back, sleeve, neck label or other positions in the same quote.
Can I ask for different garment colours and sizes in one request?
Yes. Include the colours and size breakdown if you already know them. If not, we can quote a flexible setup.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimums depend on product, print method and finishing. Send the project details and we will advise the best setup.
Do higher quantities reduce the price per piece?
In most cases, yes. Larger quantities usually improve the unit price because setup and production costs are spread across more pieces.
Can you quote blank garments together with printing?
Yes. We can quote garments, printing, embroidery and branding extras together.
Can I supply my own garments?
Sometimes, but it depends on the garment and printing method. We usually recommend using tested blanks to reduce production risk.
Do you offer samples before full production?
Yes. For larger projects or custom branding, a sample or setup approval can be added before full production.
How long does it take to receive a quote?
Most complete quote requests can be reviewed quickly. Missing artwork, quantities or garment details can slow down accurate pricing.
What affects the final price of my quote?
Quantity, garment type, print size, print positions, decoration method, artwork setup and finishing extras all affect the final price.
Do embroidery quotes depend on stitch count or logo size?
Yes. Embroidery pricing depends on logo size, stitch count, garment type and quantity.
Can you help if my artwork is not production-ready?
Yes. Send the best file you have and we will tell you what needs to be adjusted before production.
Can you match branding extras like neck labels, stickers or packaging?
Yes. We can support neck labels, stickers, packaging and other premium finishing details.
Do you ship only in the Netherlands?
No. We work with customers in the Netherlands and across Europe.
Can I update my quote request after sending it?
Yes. Send the updated details and we can adjust the quote before approval.
What happens after I receive the quote?
You can approve or decline the quote. If approved, we prepare the order and payment/invoice flow.
Can you advise me on the best garment for my brand or business?
Yes. We can recommend garments that fit your use case, print method and target budget.
