Use 300 DPI at actual print size for raster files to avoid blurry or soft print results.
Remove unwanted backgrounds unless you intentionally want a full rectangular print area.
Convert fonts to curves in vector files and avoid extremely thin details that may not reproduce well.
RGB files are acceptable for quoting, but final printed appearance may vary slightly depending on garment and method.
