Shipping Policy

Rates, carrier and destinations

The available delivery service and final shipping price are calculated from the delivery country, cart contents, packed-weight estimate and order value before payment. Direct webshop checkout currently uses DHL. Delivery outside the EU requires an explicitly configured checkout rate or a confirmed quotation. Eligible exports use 0% Dutch VAT when the legal conditions and shipment evidence are met; destination duties, import taxes and brokerage remain the recipient's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

DHL mailbox parcel for one T-shirt

For delivery addresses in the Netherlands, a cart containing exactly one eligible T-shirt can automatically receive the lower DHL mailbox-parcel rate, currently EUR 4.45 including Dutch VAT. This uses DHL XSMALL with mailbox option BP and is limited to a packed size of 38 × 26.5 × 3.2 cm and 1 kg. If we determine after payment that the safely packed shirt does not fit this DHL format, we upgrade it to a standard DHL parcel without charging the customer an additional delivery fee.

Standard DHL parcels and lead times

Orders that do not qualify for mailbox delivery use the standard DHL parcel rate configured for their destination and weight. The EUR 100 free-shipping threshold and any separate quotation freight terms continue to apply where shown. Production timing starts after payment, final artwork approval and garment availability are confirmed; any earlier delivery date is an estimate, and tracking is provided when supported.

Address and carrier issues

The customer is responsible for providing a complete delivery address and reachable contact details. Additional carrier costs caused by an incorrect address, refusal or uncollected parcel may be charged where permitted. Report visible transit damage promptly and retain packaging for the carrier investigation.

Delivery responsibility

For consumer orders, PrintingNest Studio remains responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to a person you nominate to receive them. A delivery estimate does not change your statutory rights. If a parcel is delayed, damaged or lost, contact us so that we can investigate with the carrier and provide the appropriate next step.

Sending your own garment to the studio

You arrange and pay for inbound delivery of your clean, dry garment and should use tracked shipping. Put the order packing reference inside the parcel and keep the carrier receipt. Alternatively, arrange a confirmed drop-off appointment in Ridderkerk. The production estimate starts only after the garment is received, passes physical inspection, payment is confirmed and artwork is approved. After printing, we return the garment by the delivery method selected at checkout or notify you when collection is ready.
