Please include the product type, quantity, print or embroidery method, print positions, garment colour, sizes if known, deadline and upload your artwork if available. The more complete your request is, the faster and more accurately we can prepare your quote.
Yes. You can still send your request even if some details are missing. If you are unsure about the best garment, printing method, placement or quantity split, we can help you choose the right option based on your project and budget.
You can request a quote for t-shirts, polos, hoodies, sweaters, jackets, workwear, tote bags, caps and other printable garments or branded merchandise. If you need something specific, mention it in your request and we will advise what is possible.
We offer DTF printing, DTG printing and embroidery. The right method depends on the garment, artwork style, quantity and final look you want. We can recommend the best option after reviewing your request.
DTF is a flexible option for many garment types and works well for logos, graphics and small to medium runs. DTG is ideal for detailed full-colour prints on suitable cotton garments. Embroidery is the best choice for a premium stitched look, especially for polos, caps, hoodies, jackets and workwear.
Yes. Uploading your artwork helps us review the design, choose the right print method and quote more accurately. If your final file is not ready yet, send the best version you have for reference.
Vector files such as AI, EPS or PDF are best for logos and clean artwork. High-resolution PNG files can also work for many jobs. If you only have a JPG or a draft image, you can still send it and we will review whether it is suitable for production.
No, but it helps if you mention where you want the design placed, for example front chest, full front, full back, sleeve, neck label or cap front. If you do not know the final print size yet, we can advise a suitable setup.
Yes. You can request one or more positions in the same quote, such as front and back, chest and sleeve, or left chest plus cap embroidery. Mention all required positions so we can price the full job correctly.
Yes. If you already know the colour options and approximate size split, include them in the request. If not, you can still submit the main product and total quantity first, and we can fine-tune the breakdown later.
The minimum depends on the product and decoration method. Some projects can start with small runs, while others are more efficient at higher quantities. Send your planned quantity and we will confirm what is possible and most cost-effective.
In most cases, yes. Larger quantities usually improve the unit price because setup and production costs are spread across more pieces. If you want, we can quote multiple quantity tiers so you can compare options.
Yes. We can quote the full project including blank garments and decoration. If you already know the product you want, tell us the style. If not, we can recommend suitable garments based on fit, quality and budget.
In some cases, yes. Let us know what garments you plan to provide and we will confirm whether they are suitable for DTF, DTG or embroidery. The garment material and construction affect what decoration method can be used safely and professionally.
Yes, sample options can often be arranged depending on the project. This is especially useful for new designs, premium garments, branded merch lines or larger orders where you want to check the final look before full production.

The final price depends on the garment, quantity, print or embroidery method, number of positions, artwork complexity, setup requirements, finishing options and delivery destination. More detailed requests lead to more accurate pricing.
Yes. Embroidery pricing can be influenced by logo size, stitch count, placement and garment type. Sending the logo file helps us estimate the setup and production work more accurately.
Yes. If the artwork needs adjustments, we can review it and advise what is needed. In some cases, files may need cleanup, resizing or preparation before production. It is still worth sending what you have so we can assess it.
Yes. For merch and branded apparel projects, we can discuss additional branding options such as neck labels, packaging, stickers and finishing details. Mention these in your request if you want a more complete branded result.
No. We work with customers in the Netherlands and across Europe. If you need shipping, include your country or delivery location so we can include the right delivery details in the quote.
Yes. If something changes after you submit the request, such as quantity, garment choice, colours or artwork, contact us with the updated information. We can then adjust the quote accordingly.
After reviewing the quote, you can confirm if you want to proceed. We then finalise the production details, confirm artwork and garment choices, and move toward sample approval or production depending on the project.
