Before production we assess the chosen cap, the accessibility of the position and the smallest parts of the design. Where necessary we recommend a simpler size or a different finish.

Which logos are suitable for embroidery on a cap?
Clear shapes, sufficiently thick lines and legible letters usually work best. We check the file and discuss adjustments if details are too small.
What is the difference between flat and 3D puff embroidery?
Flat embroidery follows the surface of the cap. 3D puff has an increased effect and requires a simpler design and a cap construction that is suitable for this.
Can a logo be embroidered over a seam?
A seam can affect stitch formation and legibility. We therefore assess the exact placement and, if necessary, recommend a different position or size.
Can I have my own caps embroidered?
We assess this per model. Construction, material, accessibility and any existing finish determine whether processing is responsible.
What information is needed for an embroidered cap quote?
Send the logo, the desired quantity, a preference for the cap and the desired position. This allows us to assess the technical preparation and price factors.
